Nice article and thanks for recommending our site. 

It&#039;s good to see some discussion that looks at the both advantages and disadvantages of placing labels in different places. 

One major tip, though: users rarely bail out of forms because of the way that the labels are placed, or because of how the validation messages are displayed. They bail out of forms because they don&#039;t like the questions, because they don&#039;t understand the questions, or because the validations are stopping them from putting in the answers they want to put in.
